Biography: Paul F. O'Keefe has practiced law at Paul F. O'Keefe, P.C. since he founded it in June 2000. He concentrates his practices in commercial litigation, estate and probate law, and white collar criminal law. He served as an Assistant State's Attorney in both the Civil Trial Division and Criminal Division of the Lake County State's Attorney's Office, Waukegan, Illinois, from 1992 until June 2000. As an Assistant State's Attorney, the U.S. Department of Justice recognized him for an outstanding record in the prosecution of offenders brought to justice through the combined efforts of local law enforcement agencies and the F.B.I. Prior to serving as an Assistant State's Attorney, he practiced corporate and real estate transactional law as an Associate at Siemon Larsen & Purdy in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Highland Park, Illinois and graduated from Loyola Academy, Wilmette, Illinois.
